基于主成分分析法的我国沿海省份海洋科技竞争力实证分析

Research of Marine S&T Competitiveness of Coastal Provinces in China Based on Principal Component Analysis

从投入、产出以及效率3个方面构建海洋科技竞争力评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对沿海11个省市2009-2011年的海洋科技竞争力进行比较分析,根据分析结果从投入、产出及效率3个方面提出提高浙江省海洋科技竞争力的对策建议。

The evaluation index system of marine science and technology competitiveness was constructed from aspects of input,output and efficiency. Using principle component analysis method,marine science and technology competitiveness of 11 coastal provinces during 2009-2011 were compared and analyzed. According to analysis results,several countermeasures and suggestions for improving marine science and technology competitiveness of Zhejiang Province were put forward from input,output and efficiency.
