摘要
为了适应数字化变电站中一次设备智能化的技术要求,从硬件和软件两方面设计了一种符合IEC 61850标准的数字化开关间隔测控装置。重点描叙了CPU板、模拟量采集板、DI/DO板的设计,同时阐述了基于MMS的IEC 61850-8-1通信、GOOSE通信等功能的实现。装置已通过第三方型式试验和IEC 61850规约一致性试验。
In order to meet the demand of intelligent primary equipment technology in digital substation,this paper designed a digital switching interval measuring and control device according to the IEC 61850 standard from the two aspects of hardware and software. The emphasis is on the realization of IEC 61852-8-1 and GOOSE communication function. The proposed device is verfied by the third party type testing.
