摘要
柱塞泵输出流量波动对液压系统的工作稳定性及寿命有着重要影响。在分析径向柱塞泵和液压元件工作原理的基础上,通过研究节流阀开度调节对柱塞泵输出流量波动的影响规律,建立基于节流阀开度控制的径向柱塞泵流量脉动调制主动控制方法,并进行了仿真实验研究。结果表明,该方法能够有效抑制径向柱塞泵的流量波动。
The output flow fluctuation of piston pump has a significant influence on the working stability and lifetime of the hy?draulic systems. Based on the analysis of working principles of radial piston pump and hydraulic components, the influence rule of throttle valve opening on the output flow fluctuation of piston pump has been studied. An active control method by adjusting the throttle valve opening process to suppress the flow fluctuation was established, and the simulation experiments study was carried out. The re?sults show that the proposed method can effectively suppress the flow fluctuation of radial piston pump.
