摘要
高频、高精度的电液振动台系统中,阀前压力的脉动必须加以考虑,此处主要分析压力脉动产生的机制及其抑制方法,利用AMESim软件建立电液伺服系统仿真模型,分别对输入信号、蓄能器对阀前压力脉动的影响进行仿真分析,并通过实验对理论与仿真分析进行验证,实验结果表明:蓄能器在一定频率和幅值范围内对阀前压力脉动具有较好的衰减作用。
In the high-frequency, high-precision electro-hydraulic vibrostand system, pressure pulsation before the valve must be considered. Here the main mechanism of pressure pulsation generated and suppression methods were analyzed mainly, and the AMESim software was used to establish the electro-hydraulic servo system simulation model. The influence of pressure pulsation before the valve from the input signal and the accumulator was analyzed with simulation respectively, and the theory and simulation analysis were veri-fied by experiment. The experimental results show that the accumulator has a good damping effect to the pressure pulsation before the valve within a certain range of frequencies and amplitudes.
