摘要 以液压马达测试平台为主要研究对象,设计一种适用于多种型号马达的安装结构,利用ANSYS Workbench建立结构的有限元模型,对模型进行静力学分析和模态分析,得到螺栓预紧力与转矩载荷作用下的结构静力学性能、固有频率及振型。通过中心复合实验设计和响应曲面分析,总结出支架厚度、肋板厚度、螺栓预紧力和转矩等参数对结构强度、刚度以及固有频率的影响规律,找出合理的设计参数完成结构优化设计。 The test platform of hydraulic motor was studied as the main subject, and a kind of mounting structure applicable to various types of motor was designed. By using the software ANSYS Workbench, the finite element model ( FEM) of structure was estab?lished. By statics and modal analysis of the model, the structural statics behavior, the inherent frequency and the mode of vibration un?der bolt pretightening force and torque load were obtained. Through the central composite design experiment and response surface analy?sis, the influence rules of parameters such as the thicknesses of support and rib board, bolt pretightening force and torque on the struc?tural strength, stiffness and the inherent frequency are summarized, and the reasonable design parameters are found to complete the structure optimization design.
