基于灵敏度分析的电火花机平滑枕结构设计

摘要 牛头式电火花机床的平滑枕是机床的主要运动部件,对加工精度有着重要影响。以灵敏度分析为基础,对滑枕的结构设计参数和筋板结构分别进行了轻量化和仿生设计。基于有限元分析法,计算出不同设计参数变化时滑枕质量和刚度的变化规律。结果表明:滑枕质量减轻了80.31 kg(7.96%),最大形变量减少2.89μm(12.54%),比刚度提高了33.8%,从整体提高了机床的动静态特性。 Horizontal ram is one of the main moving parts of Ngau Tau type EDM machine, which has an important influence on machining accuracy. Based on the sensitivity analysis, the structure design parameters and the stiffened plate structure of the ram with lightweight and bionic design were carried out respectively. Based on the finite element analysis ( FEA) method, the ram change rule of mass and stiffness was calculated while different design parameters changed. Results show that the quality of ram is lost by 80.31 kg ( 7.96%) , the largest deformation is reduced by 2.89 μm ( 12.54%) and efficiency of specific stiffness is improved by 33.8%, on the whole, which has improved the dynamic and static characteristic of the EDM machine.
