摘要 针对挤压机液压缸的振动诊断过程中故障原因复杂、噪声干扰大的特点,深入分析了液压缸的故障原因和振动机制,建立了液压缸振动信息模型。通过对小波降噪后的振动信号本身特性进行分析研究,刻画了液压缸振动信号的时域和频域特征,揭示了故障与振动响应信号之间的联系及规律。并以现场工作的挤压机液压缸振动诊断为例,分析结果为实现基于振动的液压缸故障诊断打下了基础。 For the complexity of fault reasons of vibration diagnosis of extrusion press hydraulic cylinder and the influence of noise, the fault reason and the vibration mechanism of the hydraulic cylinder were analyzed, the vibration information model was foun-ded. Through the research of characteristics analysis of vibration signals, and the time domain and frequency domain were analyzed. the relation and rule between vibration and diagnosis of extrusion press hydraulic cylinder were discussed. At last, a vibration diagnosis ex-ample was given. The analysis result lay a fondation for realizing the fault diagnosis based on the vibration of the hydraulic cylinder.
