胃十二指肠溃疡大出血采用外科手术治疗的效果观察

Effect of Surgical Operation for Gastric and Duodenal Ulcer Bleeding

目的观察胃十二指肠溃疡大出血采用外科手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的60例胃十二指肠溃疡大出血患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上进行早期手术或择期手术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论外科手术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡大出血的临床疗效显著。

ObjectiveObserve the clinic effect of surgical operation in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding.Methods 60 patients of gastric and duodenal ulcer with massive hemorrhage were taken as the object, and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the control group was given early operation or elective operation on the basis of routine treatment. Clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe clinical curative effect in observation group was better than in control group （P〈0.05）, there was statistical signiifcance.Conclusion The clinical effect of surgical operation for the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcer bleeding is obvious.
