比较老年股骨颈骨折患者采用全髋关节置换术与半髋关节置换术治疗的临床疗效

Comparison of Clinical Effect of Total Hip Arthroplasty and Semi Hip Replacement Therapy for Femoral Neck Fractures in Elderly Patients

目的比较分析老年股骨颈骨折患者采用全髋关节置换术与半髋关节置换术治疗的临床疗效。方法将106例股骨颈骨折老年患者随机分为两组,各50例,其中全髋组患者行全髋关节置换术治疗,半髋组行半髋关节置换术治疗,对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及手术优良率。结果全髋组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间与半髋组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但全髋组手术优良率显著优于半髋组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论全髋关节置换术是一种有效的老年股骨颈骨折治疗术式,患者术后关节功能恢复显著,优于半髋关节置换术。

ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty and half hip replacement therapy in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods106 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 50 cases in which patients underwent total hip total hip arthroplasty group therapy, half of the hip set of rows and a half hip replacement therapy, compared two groups of operative time, blood loss, hospital stay and surgery good rate.ResultsThe total hip operation time, blood loss, hospital stay and half hip group difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）, but the good rate of total hip surgery group was significantly better than half of the hip group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Total hip arthroplasty is an effective surgical treatment of femoral neck fracture, postoperative joint function recovery was significantly better than the semi-hip arthroplasty.
