异位妊娠采用腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗的临床对比

The Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy by Laparoscopic Surgery and Traditional Open Surgery

目的：探讨异位妊娠采用腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗的临床对比。方法选取我院2011年3月～2013年3月收治的86例异位妊娠患者，数字抽取分为研究组与对照组，对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗，研究组则应用腹腔镜手术治疗，分析对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组患者手术时间、术后住院时间、术后下床活动时间、出血量相比较对照组均明显减少，患者满意度上升，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论异位妊娠采用腹腔镜手术效果更为明显。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical comparison of ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopic operation and traditional open operation. MethodsSelected 86 cases with ectopic pregnancy from March 2011 to 2013 March in our hospital, digital decimation divided into study group and control group, the control group used the traditional open operation treatment, the study group was used laparoscopic operation, comparative analysis the effect.Results The operation time, hospitalization time, postoperative ambulation time, amount of bleeding in study group were signiifcantly better than control group, patient’ satisfaction was increased, the difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic operation for ectopic pregnancy is obvious.
