摘要
目的探讨综合护理因素对周围性面瘫患者临床疗效的影响。方法将符合标准的65例患者随机分为两组,均给予药物治疗、物理及针灸、高压氧等常规治疗,并予常规护理,观察组在常规护理时给予具体的综合护理指导。结果观察组患者症状改善情况明显优于对照组。结论综合护理能明显提高周围性面瘫患者的临床疗效。
ObjectiveTo study the effect of comprehensive nursing factors affecting peripheral vertigo patients with facial paralysis.Methods 65 patients were randomly divided into two groups and given drug therapy, acupuncture and physical, hyperbaric oxygen and other conventional treatment, and routine nursing care, observation group was given specific comprehensive nursing instruction.ResultsThe symptoms in observation group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can signiifcantly improve the clinical curative effect of patients with facial paralysis.
