摘要
目的探讨急性闭角型青光眼的护理措施,进一步提高护理效果。方法选取我院收治的47例急性闭角型青光眼的患者,采取合理的治疗手段及有效的护理措施,分析其效果。结果 47例患者经过药物治疗、手术治疗及针对性护理措施,视力保持良好,无严重并发症,全部痊愈出院。结论合理有效的护理提高了患者手术的成功率。
ObjectiveTo study the nursing of acute angle-closure glaucoma measures to further improve the effect of nursing care.Methods Chose 47 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma in our hospital, used reasonable treatment and effective nursing measures, analysised the effect.Results 47 patients maintained good eyesight after drug treatment, surgical treatment and corresponding nursing measures, no serious complications, all recovered discharged from hospital.Conclusion The reasonable and effective nursing can improve the success rate of the patients with surgery, it is of great signiifcance for blindness prevention of acute angle-closure glaucoma.
