品管圈活动在骨科患者合并糖尿病护理中的应用及效果观察

Application of Quality Management Circle in Patients With Orthopaedic Disease and Diabetes

目的：对品管圈活动在骨科患者合并糖尿病护理中的应用及效果进行观察。方法资料选自2013年3月～2014年3月在本院接受治疗的骨科疾病合并糖尿病患者52例，予以临床护理时，以品管圈活动作为主要形式，查看患者的具体护理效果。结果所有患者的护理满意程度明显高于实施之前，比较差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论品管圈活动在骨科疾病合并糖尿病患者的护理中具有重要的意义。

ObjectiveTo analysis the application of quality management circle activity in orthopaedic and diabetes patients.MethodsThe data was collected in March 2013~ March 2014 in our hospital for treatment of 52 cases of patients with orthopaedic and diabetes, using quality management circle activity as the main form, check the specific effect.Results All patients satisfaction with nursing care was obviously higher than before, the differences was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The quality control circle activities used in orthopaedic patients with diabetes care is of great importance.
