综合护理干预在冠心病患者护理中的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Care of Patients With Coronary Artery Disease

目的研究综合护理干预在冠心病患者护理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取60例冠心病患者,将其分为试验组与对照组。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予综合护理干预,对比两组的临床效果及生活质量评分。结果试验组的收缩压、心率、心绞痛改善情况及生活质量评分优于参照组,两组比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于冠心病患者护理中,可有效改善其生活质量及临床症状。

ObjectiveTo study the effect of nursing in patients with coronary heart disease in.Methods 60 cases of coronary heart divided into experimental group and the reference group. Reference routine care, the test group received integrated care intervention, clinical effectiveness and quality of life scores between the two groups.Results The results of the test group systolic blood pressure, heart rate, and quality of life scores than the reference group, the two groups was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe comprehensive nursing care of patients with coronary artery disease intervention is applied, which can effectively improve the quality of life and clinical symptoms.
