摘要
目的讨论急性阑尾炎经手术治疗后,其切口感染的原因,采用的治疗及护理措施,以减少手术切口的感染率。方法分析我院收治的35例急性阑尾炎患者,对手术后切口合理的临床处理以及护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果 1例发生了切口感染,感染发生率2.85%。结论在手术前给予患者心理支持,在手术中恰当处理切口,手术前以及手术后合理使用抗菌素及细心的观察与精心的护理,可显著降低阑尾切除术后切口感染的发生率。
ObjectiveTo discuss the cause of incision infection, and the treatment and nursing measures of acute appendicitis after surgery, reduce the rate of surgical incision infection. Methods Analysis 35 cases of acute appendicitis in our hospital, retrospectively analyzed post-operative incision reasonable clinical treatment and nursing methods.Results1 case had infection of incision, infection rate was 2.85%. Conclusion Preoperatively in patients with psychological support, proper processing in surgical incision before and after operation, the rational use of antibiotics and careful observation and elaborate care can signiifcantly reduce the risk of wound infection after appendectomy.
