摘要
目的完善交班体制,整合交班内容,加强护理服务质量。方法合理安排护理人员与医疗人员的共同交班,要制定具有针对性、简洁明了的交班内容。结果和传统的交接班方式相比,采用新式的交班方法更有利于改善患者的护理满意度,进一步提高护理质量。结论通过实施新式的交班方法 ,不仅提高了护理工作的工作效率,而且还提升了整体的护理服务水平。
ObjectiveTo improve the shift system of the integration of shift content, strengthen the quality of nursing service. MethodsThe reasonable arrangement of shift nurses and medical staff, to draw up the shift content and concise.ResultsCompared with the traditional handover mode, adopting new shift method was of beneift to improve the patients＇ satisfaction to nursing care, to improve the nursing quality.ConclusionThrough the implementation of the new shift method, not only improve nursing work efficiency, but also enhance the overall level of nursing service.
