髋关节置换术采用全麻和腰硬联合麻醉的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Hip Replacement Surgery With General Anesthesia and Combined Spinal Epidural Anesthesia

目的探讨髋关节置换术采用全麻和腰硬联合麻醉的临床效果。方法选取120例行髋关节置换术患者分别行两种麻醉,比较其麻醉效果。结果两组麻醉效果均良好(P>0.05);但并发症发生率差异明显(P<0.05)。结论髋关节置换术中采用全麻及腰硬联合麻醉均可取得良好的麻醉效果,但腰硬联合麻醉术中并发症相对较少。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty with general anesthesia and combined spinal epidural anesthesia.Methods 120 patients with total hip arthroplasty were using two kinds of anesthesia, compared the anesthetic effect. Results The two groups both had good anesthesia effect （P〈0.05）, but the complication rate was difference （P〈0.05）.ConclusionHip arthroplasty surgery with general anesthesia and combined spinal epidural anesthesia can achieve good effect of anesthesia.
