石狮某办公楼结构设计

摘要 该办公楼采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,楼盖采用钢筋混凝土单向双次梁布置体系。通过采用不同混凝土等级,调整外框梁柱断面及核心筒墙布置,妥善解决了因设置设备层造成的刚度突变问题以及连梁超筋问题,使结构抗侧刚度沿竖向变化较均匀,塔楼核心筒采用筏板基础,外框架及裙房部分采用独立基础加防水板,同时对一些重要结构构件的抗震等级提高,最终较好地实现结构的经济合理性。 Reinforced concrete frame -core wall structure is adopted to the main tower, floor structural system consists of two - way reinforced concrete beam system by means nf Core wall and frame columns are respectively with different concrete grade and the proper arrangement of the core wall and the reasonable section of column and beam to properly resolve the problem for stiffness mutation and over reinforced coupling beam problems caused by setting device storey, the lateral stiffness varies evenly along tower height. The tower core barrel of the raft foundation, the other is an independent foundation plus waterproof board, at the same time, seismic rating of some important structure member increases, the economical objective of the structure have been well realized.
