摘要 本文通过工程实例,从操作要点、质量控制、安全措施等方面探讨利用双刀矿山切割机进行岩石基坑开挖的新工艺,解决爆破作业开挖岩石基坑存在的安全隐患和环境污染等问题;即使用双刀矿山切割机对岩质基础进行分段、分层切割,并解决岩石开挖、方料成形、岩石方料起吊等难题,以有效降低工人的劳动强度,提高岩石的利用率。 To avoid the potential safety hazards and environment pollution problem from the blasting method, based on real project case, This article will dis- cuss the use of new process of double blade of mine cutting on excavating rock foundation pit, mainly including the main points of operation, quality control and safety measures. By making use of double blade of mine cutting machine on rock foundation pit, the machine can cut the rock foundation pit into sections and layers. Hence, it can solves the problem of small rock exeavation, material forming, rock material lifting problems, and effectively reduce the labor inten- sity of workers, improve the renewable utilization rate of rock.
