全装修住宅是民用住宅发展的趋势,它可以减少分散装修造成的资源浪费,减少噪音污染和建筑垃圾,绿色环保,国内部分城市已要求新开发的商品房及保障性住房建设时需一次装修到位。然而,由于各种原因,目前市场上全装修住宅施工质量问题较多,其中机电安装工程的问题更是层出不穷。因此,笔者在近年数个全装修住宅工程的施工经验中总结了一些经验和感受,对全装修住宅机电安装工程的施工质量管理提出看法,通过抛砖引玉,希望引起行业对全装修住宅机电安装工程施工质量管理的重视。

Thereinto, the problems of mechanical and electrical installation engineering is also emerge in an endless stream. So, the author summarizes some ex- periences and feelings in recent years construction experience, puts forward some views on the construction quality management of mechanical and electrical in- stallation engineering in Full decoration Housing, in order to cast a brick to attract jade, hope to cause the industry attention on the construction quality manage- ment of mechanical and electrical installation engineering.
