厦门市保障性住房成本控制浅析

保障性住房建设是一项重大的民生工程,主要是为了解决中低收入群体的基本住房需求。保障性住房投资金额大,主要由财政投融资,政府限定售价,使得保障性住房项目只能"保本微利"或"自求平衡",因此保障性住房必须在项目建设的各个阶段采取行之有效的手段控制成本。本文结合工作实际,浅析了厦门市保障房成本控制存在问题,提出解决保障房成本控制的具体措施,供决策者参考。
