浅谈土木工程专业人才培养

Discussion on the Talent Training of Civil Engineering Specialty

由目前土木工程的高速发展引出土木工程专业人才培养的重要性。但高等土木工程教育中仍存在一些问题,本文以问题的解决为线索,在"厚基础"、"宽口径"、启发式教学和责任意识培养等方面结合实际教学工作进行探讨,得出土木工程专业人才培养的一些做法。

The importance of talent training of civil engineering specialty is put forward according to current rapid development of civil engineering. However, there are still some problems in higher civil engineering education. In this paper, ＂ solid foundation＂, ＂wide caliber,＂ heuristic teaching and sense of respon- sibility according actual teaching are discussed. Finally, some practices about talent training of civil engineering specialty is got.
