摘要
介绍了多种车灯产品模具结构改进的方法。采用L型运动的抽芯结构(转角式抽芯机构)、滑块一拖二抽芯结构和台阶式抽芯结构等,使模具结构紧凑,减少了模具原材料,缩短了加工及镶配周期。设计了自剪浇口模具系统,并介绍了其设计要点,以模具的机械运动替代了传统人工剪浇口的工序,提高了生产效率,为今后注塑过程的全自动生产打下基础。通过上述改进,可有效地降低成本。
Various improvements of lamps mould structure are proposed in this paper.To compact the structure and reduce the assembling time,the “L”style slider mechanism,two sliders driven by one pulling core mechanism,the stepped slider mechanism are introduced into this mould.The gate automatic cutoff system is also used in this mould to improve the efficiency.According to the improvements,the cost of the mould can be reduced greatly.
