摘要
通过对压机后罩冲压零件的结构形式进行工艺特点分析,结合其成形过程中局部形状的成形特点,最终确定了5道冲压工序来完成该冲压件的生产。根据其每道工序的特点,重点对二次成形模、多孔冲模及三次成形模的结构要点进行了介绍。经过生产实践验证,该冲压工序以及对应的模具结构合理,能够最大限度地满足企业的批量生产要求。
According to the characteristics of the rear cover structure and forming process, five forming steps are introduced into the stamping process.The structures of the secondary forming die,the porcupine die and the tertiary forming die are specified in this paper.It is proved that this forming process and die structure are reasonable,which can satisfy the pro-duction requirements in the factory.
