摘要
针对车门外板拉深模淬火后模具的变形的问题,采用对拉深模淬火后超硬加工的方法,即底面+结构面初加工→型面半精加工→淬火→底面+结构面精加工→型面精加工→钳工研调。改进工艺后,通过三坐标精度检测数据,淬火后超硬加工方式在保证了模具加工精度的同时,保持了模具原有的淬火硬度,减少了钳工研配、调试时间,并为CAE分析提供数据支撑,提高了CAE的准确性。此工艺方法提高了模具的制造质量,缩短了模具的开发周期。
A superhard machining method is introduced to eliminate the quenching deforma-tion of the outdoor drawing die.The superhard machining process includes the rough machi-ning of the base plane and structural plane,the surface semi-finishing machining,the sur-face quenching,the finishing machining of base plane and structural plane,the surface finishing machining and the die spotting.Using the 3D coordinate measuring data of the quenched die,the new machining method can ensure the die precision and the quenching hardness simultaneously.It can provide data for CAE analysis and improve the accuracy. The time for spotting and debugging by fitters can also be saved.It is proved that this method can improve the manufacturing quality of the drawing die and reduce the development time.
