分析了2008-2012年内蒙古自治区能源消耗和各项主要污染物减排情况,并与西部各省区进行对比,深入剖析内蒙古节能减排的形势和所面临压力,在梳理深层次原因的基础上,提出以科技政策促进发展方式转变、以技术进步提升节能低碳技术创新能力、建立长效创新机制推动节能减排等的建议。

This paper analyzed the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region 2008--2012 energy consumption and the emissions of major pollutants situation , and comparison with the western provinces, analysis of the situation and pressure of energy conservation Inner Mongolia. This paper advised taking science and technology policies to promote development pattern, with technological advances to enhance the energy efficiency of low--carbon technology innovation, establish long--term mechanism to promote innovation and energy saving recommendations.
