大学科技园对区域经济发展影响的关系模型与实证——基于三元参与理论的改进

Model and Empirical Analysis on the Relations of University Technological Park and Regional Economics——Improved Based on Three Yuan Participation Theory

大学科技园的功能定位为高新技术企业孵化器、创新型复合型人才培养基地和科技成果转化基地,结合三元参与理论,提出天津地区大学科技园及其与高新区发展空间关系,并在此基础上设计大学科技园-区域经济作用的结构关系模型,最后以天津地区为例对该模型进行了实证分析。研究表明大学科技园在对高新区和大学资源重新配置后对区域经济的发展产生更大的影响。

In Xi＇an University Science Park＇s function was positioned as a high--tech business incubators, inno- vation- oriented talents cultivation bases and transforming scientific and technological achievements base, afterward unifies three Yuan participation theories, studies and proposes the spatial relations of Xi＇an University technological park and High--Tech Industries Development Zone （XHTZ）, and has designed university technological park -- re- gional economies function conceptual model based on three Yuan participation theory. The study finally provides an empirical analysis to the model. Research shows that university technology park has more influence on the develop- ment of regional economy through configuration of high--tech area and resources in the local universities.
