摘要 企业技术创新过程中技术知识接受的影响因素可以归纳为,相容性、主观规范、有用认知、易用认知和行为意向5个方面。员工的行为意向由易用认知、有用认知、主观规范共同决定。易用认知和有用认知是个人因素,主观规范是社会因素,相容性是易用认知形成的关键因素。在个人因素和外在因素共同作用下,员工的行为意向形成,进而影响员工的接受行为。 The influence factors about the acceptance and application of technological knowledge in the process of enterprise technology innovation can be summarized as, compatibility, subjective norms, useful cognition and cognition easy to use and behavioral intention in five aspects. Employees' behavior intention is decided by cognition easy to use, useful cognition, subjective norms, cognition easy to use and useful cognition are personal factors, Subjective norms are social factors, Compatibility is the key factor of the formation of cognition. Under the influence of personal factors and external factors, the behavioral intention of employees is formed, which affects employee behavior in turn.
