科技企业孵化网络演化的关键影响因素——基于扎根理论的探索性研究 被引量:6

摘要 以北京、济南地区的科技企业孵化网络参与主体为调查对象,通过深度访谈,运用扎根理论探究影响孵化网络演化的深层次因素。研究发现,网络关系结构、成员适应行为、资源协调互补、网络外部环境、网络价值扩散对孵化网络演化存在显著影响。在此基础上,探索了关键因素对孵化网络演化的作用机制,并提出促进科技企业孵化网络有序演化的对策。 In this paper, we do a large scale survey in Shenzhen, Tianjin, J inan and Beijing on sci--tech incubation networks, study the critical influential factors in network evolution. The result shows that the outside network environment, relational structure, adaptive behavior, coordinated ree, ources and value-proliferation typically influence the network evolution path. Finally,it puts forward some tackling measures to promote the positive evolution of sci-tech incubation network.
