在经济全球化的大背景下,中小型科技企业已成为一国的重要发展力量,但外部融资政策支持不健全以及中小型企业自身原因等等一系列问题,导致中小企业的融资状况不容乐观。创新基金的建立势在必行。本文运用创新理论,结合国内外先进的创新基金项目研究,分析创新基金对中小型科技企业的推动作用,围绕创新基金提出建设性意见。

But external financing policy support is not perfect and the small and medium--sized enterprise own reason and so on some issues, resulting in medium--sized and small enterprises financing situation is not optimistic. Be imperative to establish innovation fund. In this paper, using innovation the- ory, based on the innovation fund project of domestic and foreign advanced analysis, promote innovation fund for small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology, the Innovation Fund put forward constructive suggestions.
