我国企业技术寻求型FDI逆向技术转移机制研究——基于技术负位势的视角

The Research of Reverse Technology Transfer Mechanism of Chinese Enterprises Technology Seeking FDI:Based on the Perspective of Technology Negative Potential

技术寻求型FDI目标的实现关键在于子公司向母公司的逆向技术转移,与发达国家跨国公司不同,我国企业技术寻求型FDI母公司技术位势相对较低,严重制约了逆向技术转移的动机和能力。总结了近年来我国企业开展技术寻求型FDI的一些成功案例,提出技术负位势条件下我国企业不仅要有甘当小学生的学习式思维、参与不主导的本土化管理、以人为本的组织制度安排、先进技术与本土市场协同融合的逆向技术转移机制,而且要"就近"选择目标并购企业,提升本土企业的学习能力以及面向发达国家高科技园区进行投资,从而促进和实现母子公司间的逆向技术转移。

The key to achieve the goal of technology seeking FDI is reverse technology transfer from subsidiary to the parent company. Different from multinational corporations in developed countries, parent company technology seeking FDI in China has relatively low technical potential, vchich seriously restrict the motivation and a- bility of reverse technology transfer. This paper summarizes some successful cases in recent years of China＇s enterprises to carry out technology seeking FDI. The paper point out that under the conditions of technology negative potential, enterprise in China should not only follow learning style thinking of willing to be a pupil, participate in localization management without dominant, have organizational and institutional arrangement of people--oriented and a- chieve reverse technology transfer mechanism with the cooperation of advanced technology and local market, but also select the target combined enterprise ＂nearby＂, improve th~ learning ~,bility of local enterprises and invest developed countries high tech Park, which can help to promote and realize the reverse ~echnology transfer between the parent and subsidiary company.
