北京大学口腔医院牙周科门诊人群构成分析及护理管理对策

Patient population constitute analysis and nursing management for stomatology periodontal division of Peking University School of Stomatology

目的：分析牙周科门诊人群的构成，为科室医疗和护理工作的统筹协调管理提供依据。方法收集2009年1月—2012年12月北京大学口腔医学院牙周科所有门诊患者的挂号信息数据，通过分类汇总得出近4年患者群体分布情况。结果每年3月、8月和12月出现就诊高峰，1月和10月就诊患者相对较少；医保人次比例逐年上升；外省患者就诊人次占总门诊人次比例逐年攀升，辐射至西北、西南、华南等边远地区；外籍患者也占有一定比例。结论本院牙周科门诊压力之大，需要高效有力的护理配合，同时本研究数据分析可对相关专业其他科室起到一定借鉴意义，也可以指导本科室相应的管理工作。

Objective To analyze the outpatient populations constitute of periodontal division in Peking University School of Stomatology and to provide the basis for hospital to support the medical and nursing management .Methods During January 2009 to December 2012 , all the information of outpatient visits were collected.The distribution of the patient population in the past four years was analyzed .Results There were more patient visits in March , August and December each year , and less patient-visits in January and October . The proportion of medicare patients and other provinces patients increased each year , who covered the northwest , southwest south China and overseas .Conclusions The working stress of the outpatients department needs the improvement of the nursing human resource , at the same time , other department can take the example of our data to guide the working of their own department .
