摘要
目的:探讨应用综合案例分析法提高护生隐性职业素质的效果。方法采用综合案例分析法对盐城卫生职业技术学院2012级护理专业1班52名护生进行《急救护理》教学,教学前后应用自行设计的隐性职业素质评价量表进行调查,评价教学效果。结果综合案例分析法应用后,护生的隐性职业素质评价量表中,职业价值观得分为(4.70±0.65)分、团队协作精神为(4.00±0.34)分、创新意识为(4.13±0.52)分、批判性思维能力为(4.15±0.48)分、沟通交流能力为(4.24±0.55)分、表达能力为(4.40±0.67)分、组织管理潜力为(4.10±0.81)分,均高于应用前,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为6.9704,11.4220,8.7723,8.3583,7.4769,6.7162,6.1868;P<0.05)。结论综合案例分析法能够促进护生在学习中获取相关的隐性知识,有助于护生隐性职业素质的提高。
Objective To improve the implicit occupation quality of vocational nursing students with comprehensive case analyzing method .Methods Participants were 52 undergraduates of nursing profession from Yancheng Institute of Health Sciences .A curriculum teaching with 36 periods a semester was carried out among them, using self-designed implicit occupation quality evaluation scale to compare the results before and after teaching.Results After the implementation, scores of nursing students of occupational values (4.70 ±0.65), team spirit (4.00 ±0.34),innovation consciousness (4.13 ±0.52),critical thinking ability (4.15 ±0.48), communicative competence (4.24 ±0.55),expression ability (4.40 ±0.67),organizational management potential (4.10 ±0.81) were higher than that before the implementation , the differences were statistically significoat (t=6.970 4,11.422 0,8.772 3,8.358 3,7.476 9,6.716 2,6.186 8,respectively;P〈0.05), and the implicit occupation quality of nursing students were significantly improved .Conclusions The comprehensive case analyzing method can promote students to acquire tacit knowledge related to learning , and to improve their implicit occupation quality .
