摘要
磷酸铁锂(LiFePO4)具有理论比容量高、电压平台稳定等优点,成为当前研究的热点之一。但是,由于其自身结构的缺陷,导致其电子导电率低和锂离子扩散速度慢的缺点。本文从LiFePO4晶体结构和充放电机理入手,分析原因,综述了各种LiFePO4正极材料的改性方法及其研究进展。
Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) has become one of the research hotspots because of its advantages, high theoretical capacity, voltage stability and so on. However, its lower electron conductivity and slower lithium ion diffusion speed entirely due to the defect structure. This article started with LiFePO4 crystal structure and charge-discharge mechanism, analyzed the reasons for its weakness, and summarized the progress of modification methods of LiFePO4 cathode material, and its research progress.
