健脾和胃化瘀法对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者血清生长激素的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine for strengthening spleen,harmonizing stomach and dispersing blood stasis on expression level of serum growth hormone of the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis

[目的]观察健脾和胃化瘀法对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者血清生长激素(GH)的影响,探讨健脾和胃化瘀中药对CAG及肠上皮化生、异型增生的阻断作用及可能机制。[方法]100例CAG患者进行随机分组对照治疗,其中治疗组50例,用健脾和胃化瘀中药治疗;对照组50例,用叶酸片治疗。治疗前后采用放射免疫法测定血清GH水平。[结果]治疗组总有效率为70%,对照组总有效率为44%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组和对照组治疗后血清GH水平都明显升高,治疗组比对照组治疗后血清GH水平升高更明显,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]健脾和胃化瘀法治疗CAG有明显的效果,对胃癌前病变也有改善作用,并可能通过影响CAG患者血清GH的水平而起到治疗作用。

[Objective]To observe the serum growth hormone（GH）level of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）before and after taking Traditional Chinese Medicine for strengthening spleen,harmonizing stomach and dispersing blood stasis,and explore the blocking effect and possible mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine for CAG and intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia,[Methods]One hundred patients were randomly divided into western medicine group（control group）（n =50）and Traditional Chinese Medicine group（treatment group）（n=50）.The patients of control group were treated with folic acid tablets,but the treatment group were treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine for strengthening spleen,harmonizing stomach and dispersing blood stasis.Serum GH levels were measured with radioimmunoassay.[Results]The total effective rate of treatment group was 70%,the control group was 44%;there is a very significant difference between two groups（P〈0.01）.The serum GH levels of treatment group and control group after treatment were significantly elevated.The serum GH levels of treatment group were higher than the control group after treatment;the difference was very significant （P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The Traditional Chinese Medicine for strengthening spleen,harmonizing stomach and dispersing blood stasis plays a therapeutic role in CAG possibly by promoting the expression level of serum GH.
