电针干预局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑缺血区MVD计数与脑梗死体积比实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]电针干预脑缺血/再灌注大鼠,观察脑缺血区中脑梗死体积比变化与微血管密度(MVD)数量,为电针治疗脑血管病提供实验根据。[方法]选SPF级SD大鼠84只,按随机数字表法随机分为4组,对照组、假手术组、12只/组;模型组、电针组30只/组。改良线栓复制脑缺血/再灌注大鼠模型,运用TTC染色法或SP法,观察并记录脑梗死的体积比变化与微血管的密度(MVD)的数量。[结果]对大鼠进行早期电针治疗,能有效改善大鼠脑梗死体积,并对MVD的增加有促进作用,效果在2~3d内明显。[结论]电针对治疗脑缺血/再灌注的损伤有明显疗效的原因可能是电针疗法对MVD的增加有促进作用,从而脑梗死的体积减小,缺氧缺血情况的改善,皆与其有关。 [ Objective ] Rat cerebral ischemia / reperfusion of electroacupuncture intervention, t o observe the volume ofcerebral ischemia area cerebral infarction than with changes in microvessel densit y ( MVD ) number, provideexperimental basis for electro acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral vascular disease. [ Method ] Choose class SPF84 SD rats, were randomly divided into 4 groups, control group, sham operation group, 12 rats / group; model group, electro acupuncture group with 30 rats in each group. Modified thread embolism replication cerebral isehemia / reperfusion rat model, using TTC staining method or SP method, observe and record the change of cerebral infarction volume ratio and microvessel density ( MVD ) nu mber. [ Results]Early electro acupuncture treatment on the rats, can effectively improve the cerebral infarction volume in rats, and increase of MVD can promote, in 2 ~ 3D inobvious effect. [ Conclusion ] Electroacupunctur e could be electro acupuncture therapy has a promoting effect on theincrease of MVD causes of cerebral ischemia / reperfusion injury treatment has obvious curative effect, and reduce the volume of cerebral infarction, ischemia and hypoxia conditions improve, all relating to.
