凉血解毒丸治疗寻常痤疮随机平行对照研究

Cold Blood Poison Pill in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察凉血解毒丸治疗寻常痤疮疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法简单随机分为两组。对照组60例琥乙红霉素,450mg/次,3次/d;维生素B2,10mg/次,3次/d;甲硝唑凝胶,2～3次/d;避免挤压丘疹,温水洗面,禁化妆品,注意睡眠,缓解紧张压力,忌辛辣、肥甘厚腻,多新鲜蔬菜水果,多饮水。治疗组60例凉血解毒丸（生地15g,赤芍、丹皮各10g,金银花15g,黄芩、栀子各10g,连翘12g,白花蛇舌草50g,白芷10g,丹参30g,生杷叶、桑白皮、苍术炒、莪术炒各10g）,加水捏丸,6g/丸,6g/次,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,显效36例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%。对照组痊愈8例,显效22例,有效19例,无效11例,总有效率81.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]凉血解毒丸治疗寻常痤疮效果显著,值得推广。

Avoid squeeze pimples, warm water wash a face, the cosmetics, pay attention to sleep, relieve tension, avoid is acrimony, fat GanHou greasy, more fresh fruits and vegetables, water more. Treatment group of 60 cases of cool blood poison pill solution （Shengdi 15 g, Chishao,Danpi each 10g, Erhua 15 g, Huangqi,Zhizi 10 g,Lianqiao 12 g, Baihuasheshecao 50g, Baizhi 10 g, Danshen30g, Shengbaye,Sangbaipi,Chaocangzhu,Chao＇ ezhu 10g）, add water to knead pills, 6 g/pills, 6 g/ time, sooner or later. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. 4 courses of continuous treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] 18 cases in treatment group recovered, 36 cases were markedly effective, effective 4 cases, 2 had no effect, the total effective rate was 96.67%. Control group cure 8 cases, 22 cases had marked effect, effectively and 19 cases, 11 cases, total effective rate was 81.67%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Poison Dill in the treatment of acne vulgaris cool blood solution effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
