中药湿热敷联合西药预防产后腹痛、促进子宫收缩随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察中药热敷联合西药预防产后腹痛、促进产后子宫收缩疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组45例常规产科护理,加强产前宣教,保证充分睡眠和休息,做好外阴护理,注意清洁,安排科学、合理饮食;自然分娩20u L缩宫素,肌注;剖宫产产后予缩宫素,20u L/次,肌注;辅助能量和抗生素静脉滴注,加强营养支持。治疗组45例中药湿热敷（川续断、白术、生薏仁各15g,大黄、丹参、白芷、红花、土鳖虫、淫羊藿、三七、全当归、琥珀各10g,冰片2g）,1剂/d,水煎2000m L,消毒纱布浸泡,覆脐部,外用温度为60℃～70℃热水袋保持温度,15min/次,早晚各1次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗8d为1疗程。观测临床症状、腹痛、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组无痛27例,轻度腹痛12例,中度腹痛6例,重度腹痛0例,总有效率60.00%。对照组无痛12例,轻度腹痛17例,中度腹痛10例,重度腹痛6例,总有效率26.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]中药湿热敷联合西药预防产后腹痛、促进产后子宫收缩效果显著,值得推广。

Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] Painless treatment group 27 cases, 12 cases of mild abdominal pain, abdominal pain, six cases of moderate and severe abdominal pain 0 cases, the total efficiency of 60.00%. Painless 12 cases in the control group, mild abdominal pain in 17 cases, 10 cases of moderate pain, severe abdominal pain six cases, the total efficiency of 26.67%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Moist heat combined with western medicine to prevent postpartum abdominal pain, promote postpartum uterine contraction effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
