摘要
人才培养的关键是人才培养模式的创新。现实中存在着两种典型的人才培养模式,一种是以知识传授为中心的人才培养模式,另一种是以学生为中心的人才培养模式。这两种模式具有鲜明的本质特征,对教育教学产生了广泛而深刻的影响。当代人才培养模式的创新,要凸显一个核心:学生的主体性;突出一个重点:思维能力的培养;重视一个环节:实践实验;把握一个原则:因材施教;变革一个载体:课程体系。
The key to cultivating talents is its innovation in cultivation mode. There are two typical modes on talents cultivation, one is knowledge-centered, the other is student-centered. Both of the two modes have distinctive intrinsic characteristics which have influenced education extensively and deeply. To innovate the talents cuhivation mode, we should highlight the core of student orientation, stress the key point of cultivating thinking ability of students, attach importance to the link of practices and experiments, grasp the principle of teaching students according to their aptitudes, and transform the carrier of curriculum system.
