摘要
以教育学刊物为研究对象,采用实证研究方法,在分析主要高校对教育学刊物级别认定的基础上,对影响高校决定刊物级别的相关因素进行探究,结果表明:高校刊物级别认定与刊物影响因子、总被引用频次间存在着显著相关,与刊物载文量、机构分布数、基金论文比间不存在相关性,刊物主办单位与刊名、本校优势学科等是影响高校刊物级别认定的重要因素。高校决定刊物级别的主要因素是刊物质量,高校"以刊评文"的方式有其合理性。高校同一学科对本学科学术刊物的分级取舍是典型的同行评价,其结果虽不能完全代表学术共同体的评价,但可以为考察教育学刊物学术地位和影响力提供重要参考,对评价教育学刊物的学术声望具有指标性意义。
Taking educational journals as research objects, the paper cames out a tentauve study of correlative factors that influence the recognition of journals' level in higher education institutions through a method of empirical study. It comes to the conclusion that the recognition of journals' rank among universities has significant correlation with impact factor and total cited number of journals, but has little relevance to the paper numbers of journals, working unit number of authors and ratio of funded paper. In addition, the organizer and name of journals, and some universities that own predominant disciplines also have a considerable impact on the recognition of journals' level among universities. Journal quality is the major factor that influences the recognition of journals' level in higher education institutions. The way to evaluate paper level as its published journal in higher education institutions has its own reasonableness. It is a typical peer review that the same discipline to classify and choose its own academic journals in higher education institutions. The results cannot represent adequately the academic community evaluation, but it provides important reference with investigating academic status and influence of educational journals. Meanwhile, it offers indicative significance in evaluating academic reputation of educational journals.
