The justiciability of university information disclosure is derived from the demand for colleges and universities as the authorized public services to meet the public＇s fight to know, and from the demand for university information resources as pub- lie information resources to realize the social sharing. The paper analyzed the natures of the university information disclosure, showed the scope of accepting cases of administrative procedure law in our counu＇y, elaborated the theoretical basis of administra- tive litigation for university information disclosure, and discussed the scope of accepting cases and plaintiffs of administrative pro- ceedings for university information disclosure.
