通过对FRBR、RDA和BIBFRAME相关背景和发展概况的介绍,分析比较它们的优缺点,指出RDA以其全新的架构和诸多的优势有望成为数字环境下新的国际编目标准,而BIBFRAME不仅是MARC的替代品,而且旨在创造一种新的书目环境,将为图书馆数据融入更广阔的互联网环境带来巨大的潜力和可能性。

This article introduced the background and development situations about FRBR, RDA and BIBFRAME, analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of them, pointed out that the RDA for its new architecture mad the advantage might be the new international cataloguing standard under digital environment, BIBFRAME was developed not only as the replacement of MARC, but also as a new bibliography environment because it could bring library community into the wider Intemet world and become a part of the web.
