Empirical Study on the Performance Evaluation of Agricultural Products Supply Chain Based on Factor Analysis

采用因子分析法评价农产品供应链的绩效水平,主要是将供应链的绩效水平体现在各个因子上,将多种评价指标化繁为简,使评价结果更加客观、合理。建立完整、科学和规范化的评价指标体系,应遵循相关性、动态性、全面性、实时性、针对性、可操作性、层次性和发展性原则,主要评价内容包括成本、运作、服务三个方面,具体指标则包含供应链成本、供应链收入、供应链利润、产品柔性、响应速度、交货柔性、数量柔性、准时交货率、顾客抱怨率、退货比率、顾客抱怨解决时间、信息化利用增长率、农产品新鲜度等26项。

The author evaluate the performance of agricultural products supply chain with the help of factor analysis;the performance level of supply chain has been demonstrated by every factor;all sorts of evaluation indicators have been simplified;and the result has been more objective and rational. A comprehensive,scientific and standardized evaluation index system should be relative,dynamic,integrated,real time,pointed,operational,hierarchical and developable;the content of this evaluation system should include such three aspects as cost,operation and service;and the detailed indicators should be supply chain cost, supply chain income,supply chain profit,product flexibility,response speed,delivery flexibility,quantity flexibility,the rate of on time delivery,the rate of customer complaint,the rate of rejection and return,the solution time of customer complaint,the growth rate of IT application,and the fresh degree of agricultural products.
