区域物流枢纽的分类方法——基于灰色聚类法

The Classify Method of Regional Logistics Hubs Based on Grey Clustering

区域物流系统是由若干不同层次的物流枢纽节点构成的物流网络。物流节点城市的经济分工差异和产业组织层次性,决定了物流枢纽在区域物流网络中的功能和作用有所不同,在区域物流规划中需要合理确定枢纽节点的层次。本文采用灰色聚类的方法并结合Delphi法,通过确定与物流活动密切相关的各项指标,对区域性物流节点进行灰色聚类分析,将节点分为重要物流枢纽、次级物流枢纽和一般物流节点三个层次,并对湖北省的区域物流枢纽进行了实际分类。该方法在理论上比较严谨,计算较为简单并易于操作,对在区域物流规划和物流系统建设中确定不同层级的物流枢纽城市具有较好的实用性。

Regional logistics system is made of logistics hub notes in different ranks. The function of logistics hub in the network depends on the economical division and industry development of Logistics hub cities. Thus,the ranks of logistics notes should be reasonably decided in the regional logistics planning. The author uses grey clustering along with Delphi to select the closely relative indicators of economy and logistics to analyze logistics nodes and further differentiate nodes into three levels including logistics hub,secondary hub,and ordinary node. The author also carries out empirical research on Hubei province to testify the outcome of this method. Besides,the method is rigor and easy to calculate through software,and then is easier to be used in reality. Thus this method is of practicability in ranking different logistics notes in regional logistics planning and development.
