摘要
文学旅游已经成为当前文化旅游的一个亮点和重要组成部分。经由文学作品而生成的对旅游目的地的想象与渴望,并付诸实践的旅游行为,不能不说是文学作品引发的文化认同与旅游者身份的再建构。江南文化的优雅传统所产生的文化认同,士阶层的生活方式所引发的身份体认,以及小说依托江南士风的地方感的营造,使《美食家》成为理解与规划文学旅游的典型作品。
Literary tourism has become one of the highlights and an important part of the cultural tourism . The imagination and desire for tourist destination , which are generated by way of literature , are put into prac-tice by travel behavior .We cannot help saying that it is literature which triggered the cultural identity and tourist identity construction .Cultural identity generated from the elegant Jiangnan ( regions south of the Yan-gtze River of China ) cultural tradition , identity awareness caused by the way of elite life , and the sense of place based on Jiangnan elite culture all made Gourmet a typical work to understand and design literary tourism .
