农民专业合作社关系变异及性质解析

我国农村普遍存在因异质成员侵入的变异农民专业合作社。经典农民专业合作社属农业产业横向一体化组织,变异农民专业合作社属农业产业纵向一体化组织,它们在组织属性、功能性质、控制结构、分配机制、利益关系等方面有着本质区别。变异农民专业合作社无法替代经典农民专业合作社的功能和作用。尽管变异农民专业合作社对我国农业产业化起到了重要作用,但是基于我国农村人多地少的特殊国情,要实现农民、农业、农村均衡发展,需要加强经典农民专业合作社的建设,通过家庭农户的合作互助促进家庭农场发展,实现我国农业适度规模、专业化生产和集约化经营,最终实现农村自我工业化和城镇化发展。

In China there exists a variant of farmer cooperatives due to the invasion of heterogeneous mem -bers.The classical farmer cooperative belongs to agriculture-industry horizontally integrated organization , while the variant belongs to agriculture-industry vertically integrated organization .There are essential differ-ences between them in terms of organizational attributes , functional properties , control structure , distribution mechanism , and interest relationship .The function of classical farmer cooperative can not be replaced by that of the variant .Although the variant has played an important role in China＆#39;s agricultural industrialization , it is necessary to strengthen the construction of classical farmer cooperative in view of the special national condition of our large rural population with relatively less arable land so as to achieve the balanced development of farm -ers, agriculture and rural areas .Through mutual help among family farmers , the development of family farms will be promoted , so as to achieve China ’ s moderate scale of agriculture , specialized production and intensive management , and ultimately to achieve the industrialization and urbanization development of the rural areas .
