摘要
人力资源精细管理是一种对效益或节约无限追求的管理方式,通常需要对管理目标进行定位,并针对企业部门划分、岗位构成、班组构建以及个体岗位等的责权利情况,选择相应的管理模式,而模式的选择受工作系统中所有因素的共同影响,从而服从于人力资源精细管理不同层次的目标。因此,企业应建立与人力资源精细管理目标相一致的权力、利益、职责对等的激励机制。
The lean management of human resource is the a kind of management pattern infinitely pursuing profit and thrift. We should clarify the management target,choose the matching management pattern according to how to divide the departments, the position structure, team structure and the rights and responsibilities of different individual positions. The choice of management pattern is the result of influence of all factors in the work system,which will be subject to the targets of different layers of human resources lean management. So,the enterprises should formulate the incentive mechanism,which involves the right,interests and responsibilities suitable to the target of human resources lean management.
