A Comparative Study of Marx and the Classical Economics about the Idea of Population and Economy

马克思与古典经济学相关人口经济思想存在一定差异,本文从研究方法、研究内容、人类群体划分、过剩人口问题以及人口与生产力、生产方式关系问题等方面对两种人口经济思想进行比较,马克思基于阶级属性进行分析,立足具体的经济社会制度框架内进行探讨,是一个动态的、历史的变化过程。古典经济学的人口经济思想更强调社会问题,但它剥离具体的社会制度对人口经济的影响,强调人口经济规律是普遍性。

There are some differences on the relationship of population and economy between Marxg and classi- cal economics. This paper compares two kinds of population and economy idea from the research method, research content, division of human population,the surplus population and the issue about the relationship of the population and productivity. Marx analyzed it by basing on the class attribute, discussed it in the concrete framework of econom- ic and social system. It is a dynamic and historical changing process. Classical economics＇idea of population and economy emphasized on social problems, but it stripped the specific of social system on population and economy. They emphasized that the population economic law was universal.
