摘要
论文通过对国际跟单托收流程的分析,发现托收的风险与托收的提示有关。运用列举与列举的方法,解释了托收提示细节中潜在的可能性风险。并通过SWOT模型分析,说明了在跟单提示下进出口双方使用托收的优劣势所在以及策略的选择。
Through an analysis of international orders and documentary collection process, this paper finds out that documentary risk is related to alert, explains the possible risks existed in the details of collection alert with the methods of listing and example. Further, through SWOT analysis, this paper puts forward the advantages and disadvantages existed in the use of collection of the import and export sides under documentary alert as well as the strate- gy options.
