摘要
我国酒店行业获得了飞速发展,酒店业人才竞争的加剧,吸引人才、留住人才,使员工发展和企业发展有机地结合起来,职业生涯管理成为我国酒店人力资源管理面临的一个重要问题。本文通过呼和浩特市星级酒店调查研究,结果表明:酒店职业生涯管理的重视与实施存在问题,酒店行业尚未建立完善的职业生涯管理体系。建议酒店企业应建立健全职业生涯管理体系,协助员工制定职业生涯规划、设计职业生涯发展路径,增强酒店企业对员工的吸引力,有助于酒店企业人才梯队的建设,最终实现酒店与员工的双赢。
The hotel industry in China has made rapid development and the competition for hotel industry talent becomes intense. To attract talents, retain talents andcombine employee~ development with enterprise development organically,occupation career management has become an important issue of human resource management in hotel industry. Through the investigation and study, this paper carries out a survey of the star hotels in Huhhot. The results show that:there exist problem of focus and implement in hotel occupation career management;a perfect occupation career management system has not been established in hotel industry. The suggestions include: hotel enterprises should establish and perfect occupation career management system, help employees develop occupation career plan- ning, design occupation career development path, enhance the attractiveness of hotel business to employees, which is helpful to team eonstructionof hotel business so as to realize the win - win achievement of hotels and their staff eventually.
